71 - Track "Created" Relationship Map flag on Account (Champion + Decision Maker required)

As a sales leader or CS leader responsible for Tier 0 / Tier 1 account coverage,

I want Accounts to report whether they have a genuinely "created" Relationship Map (not just a shell),

So that I can quickly identify large accounts missing the relationships we need and hold CSMs / AEs accountable for building them.
