73 - AP: AI-assisted Account Plan creation & analysis (roadmap / vision)

Status: roadmap / vision item. Not committed engineering work. Needs a Spike before any implementation story can be written.

Two linked AI capabilities for the Account Plan module:

  1. Creation — AI drafts a starter Account Plan (Objectives, White Space entries, key stakeholders, SWOT) from Salesforce data (Account, Opportunities, Contacts, activity history, closed-won history, industry/size signals).

  2. Analysis — AI reviews an existing Account Plan and flags gaps, risks, stale items, and unrealistic objectives.

User story

As a seller or account manager asked to stand up or refresh an Account Plan in under an hour,

I want CRUSH to produce a credible first-pass Account Plan from existing CRM data — and flag the weak spots in an existing plan —

So that Account Planning becomes a 30-minute refinement exercise instead of a multi-hour authoring slog that most reps skip.
