Opportunity Revenues Roll Up To Account Plan

Requirements:

- Each Opportunity revenues needs to roll up to the account plan- Revenue must be broken down by quarter. (Where would you want to see the quarterly revenue numbers?)- Data should originate from Opportunity Line Items, requiring two rollups to ensure revenue is reflected on the account plan.

Current Pain Points:

- The current internal solution rollup pulls from products and product lines rather than the Opportunity object itself, which creates data gaps.

Business Needs:Regional leadership relies on the account plan to view projected and booked revenue, as well as historical data from the past two years. This information is used to track current projections against past performance. Having these numbers roll up accurately to the account plan is essential for this project to move forward.

Specifically, we need the revenue numbers to display projected totals alongside booked revenue for each quarter over the last two years.
