81 - Enable Relationship Group Types with colored grouping on maps

The Relationship Group Type setup already exists in CRUSH; this work activates scoped admin toggles (Use in all Relationship Maps, Use in all Account Plans, Use in all Opportunity Plans), mirroring Relationship Types, so reps can select color-coded Relationship Group Types when grouping contacts on Relationship Maps.

As a Relationship Map user collaborating on account coverage,

I want to group contacts using admin-defined Relationship Group Types that carry consistent colors, so that cohorts read instantly on the canvas, exports look intentional, and coaching stories stay aligned across governed palettes.
